  • Naturonic.in reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing error, or suspicious transactions.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and logistics partner.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only for:
    • Damaged or defective products received.
    • Wrong product delivered.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after verification.
  • Opened or used nutraceutical products cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.

6. Vendor/Third-Party Products

  • Naturonic.in may allow multiple vendors/stockists/manufacturers to sell products.
  • Each vendor is responsible for the authenticity and quality of their products.
  • Naturonic.in acts as a marketplace and will not be directly liable for vendor defaults, except as mandated by law.

7. User Conduct

  • You agree not to misuse the website, attempt fraud, or post misleading reviews/content.
  • Any abusive, illegal, or fraudulent activity may result in account termination.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Aurangabad, Maharashtra.
